可是.................哪里可以让我喊个痛快但是又不会吵到别人的呢？

还有谁可以陪我一起去呐喊呢？

Ideas in Scouting

Patrol System
Patrols run independent with the leadership by their own Patrol Leader.
Patrol Leader will have the responsible to assist troop leader to run through the routine of secreatary, quatermaster, bulletin, and so on by redirecting jobs to the scouts.
Each patrol runs different job everytime.
Patrol to have their own name, in extras, own flag and own call with respect with their own name.

Scout staff
Every scout should have their own staff.
Does it mean it is best for every scout to discover his own staff?
In my idea, it should be great and can be one of the excitement.
Scout staff is one scout's private property and should be taken care by themselves.
Many of the skills in SFB mention in using Scout Staff.
